You get monitoring for your endpoint, latency to it from a datacenter of your choosing, alerts on web channels (e.g. Slack/Telegram/Webhook/OpsGenie/PagerDuty etc, specifically not SMS). In the near future you'll also get a metrics endpoint to grab your metrics and import them into your Prometheus instance.
